Emma's Restaurant opened in the August of 2000 and was an immediate hit in the growing Denver restaurant scene. The owners, Linda and Garen Austin, have a combined 45 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality business.

Their goal was to create a wonderful dining experience by combining great food with a warm and inviting decor that makes Emma's one of the most romantic destinations in the area. The exquisite cuisine, original art by several local artists, beautifully unique light fixtures and the hand-decorated salt and pepper shakers (created by the restaurant's namesake, Linda and Garen's daughter) all come together to make Emma's a unique dining experience.

Although the pleasant environment and excellent service are immediately evident, it is the food that takes center stage. We invite you to join us for dinner, Tuesdays through Saturdays, 5:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. To ensure that you have a wonderful dining experience, we are committed to maintaining a smoke-free environment, and ask that our customers refrain from cell phone usage.

The Denver ChopHouse & Brewery takes you back in time to the casual elegance of the 1940's.  A relaxed, yet regal atmosphere with friendly, professional service and a diverse menu featuring legendary steaks, chops, seafood, and other unmistakable ChopHouse fare. Handcrafted ales, brewed on site, small batch bourbons, and a fine array of single-malt scotches and cigars all add to the ChopHouse tradition.

You'll find the comfortable, warm-wooded restaurant filled with a crowd as diverse as it's menu, there for a special occasion or a casual gathering. The nostalgic feel, including the sounds of Big band 30's and 40's music coupled with a current menu with generous portions gives the Denver ChopHouse its approachable, yet upscale contemporary style. The Denver ChopHouse always offers seven fresh handcrafted ales on tap along with two seasonal beers.

The Denver ChopHouse proudly hosted the 1996 and 2001 Colorado Avalanche Stanley Cup parties and the 1997 and 1998 Denver Broncos Super Bowl Parties. Also, each year the Denver ChopHouse hosts Miracle on 19th Street, a renowned event that feeds and clothes Denver's homeless every Christmas.
