Lovely Food, and Overheard Words
As a downtown Denver loft-dwellers, my wife and I eat out quite a bit, and have enjoyed weekday and weekend breakfasts at Zaidy's for quite some time now.
The food remains steadfastly excellent, however many times now we have had to listen to someone we assume is a manager berating the waitpeople terribly. And the irony of it is that the waitpeople do good work, despite the clearly problem-focused managment who obviously give out encouraging words either sparingly or never.
Also, customers should never, ever have to hear a worker, or anyone, being insulted by management. It's not good business practice.
Due to the increase in having to overhear this unneccesary abuse, as well as several of our favorite waitpeople leaving the emply of Zaidy's over the last year, we will no longer be patronizing this restaurant, even though we sincerely love the food.
Bon Appetit!
